In 2013, L’Oréal decided to delegate to Brand Online Commerce the management of its Kérastase ecommerce sites in Europe. After a successful launch of Kérastase France in late 2013, it was the UK’s turn to launch its eCommerce site.
Kérastase has represented excellence in luxury haircare and has been at the forefront of professional hair products since 1964. The brand’s products are sold in salons, institutes, and online merchants via various partner sites. They are now also available in Europe in official shops at kerastase.fr and at kerastase.co.uk.
Today Brand Online Commerce stands by its ability to adapt to local requirements, in compliance with organizations set up by the brand. For Kérastase online stores, Brand Online Commerce has developed an interface module with the ERP brand, SAP, which allows the sharing of developments while maintaining the autonomy of each country’s organization.
To ensure all logistics services in the UK, Brand Online Commerce has partnered with ViaPost (formerly Orium, and a subsidiary of La Poste Group). This special partnership offers a double benefit for brands wishing to tackle the UK market: reduced delivery times for the final consumer and cost optimization.
